Further help, please

Sorry to pester you all again but I am trying to get to grips with some of the new functions (New to me having jumped from V5 to 8Pro.

I want to have a try at animated buttons and the like but am finding the manual a little tough going - basically, what it say should be available in menus and options, etc. isn't matching what I see.

I have searched here and jetdv.com but haven't found any form of tutorials for this.

Is there one available? Could anyone point me in the right direction.

Also, what would be good is a fe examples of the kind of things DVD 4Pro can do. Is there such stuff available>

VASST.com has a training series on Vegas and DVDA. Very good. I finally broke down and ordered the entire set last week and it it has already been well worth the price. There is a DVD in the set (or it can be ordered seperately) that pertains just to DVDA.

I'm curious. What do you want this animated button to do? Can you describe it?

Ok. I got curious and looked in DVDA for animated buttons. What this does is play the contents of a video clip instead of a still image for use as a button. Personally I find that disturbing on a DVD menu but I found it in DVDA help and made an animated menu button. Actually it's fairly easy to do -- but I admit the help is not so easy to follow::
