FX features in Vegas pro 22 tird party

When I want to use one of the tird party features in FX I get two cross red lines and and watermark, is this not activated in vegas pro 22 ?

What third party?

What effects package?

Have you activated that effects package?

Was that third party package bundled with another version of VEGAS?

etc...
