FX not working

I was able to add FX to my clips and would process them. But now when I add a FX to an event their is no change to the clip.

Just downloaded the Edge Detective and cannot get it to work. But my other FX are not working either. I must have something turned off.

Any suggestions?

Look at the FX bypass button in your Preview window. It's right next to the external monitor button in that window, and it's possible you've bypassed all FX. It's the button that looks like a half-colored circle.

Yes, that was it. I reset it to all.

Now its working. This FX is really neat. Trying some of the wrestling video I shot through it.
