FX Packages to Track Header!

Added the ability to drag FX packages to video track headers.

Oh my eye . . . .

It works . . . . and it's there. Now tell me it wasn't there before???

You want GLOW after Difference? - You got that too!

I have no idea - yet! - where I'd use it, but pound to a penny somebody here is going to get something extraordinary workflow from it. . . oh yes . . . Rory?? You reading this?
