FX Problems

When applying Video FX to Events the Plug-In button turns green BUT without effect / cant be manipulated.
The Sinc Cursor button is not showing !
How do I rectify this ???

Everything else like Transitions and Media Generators works fine / as usual in VP9.
I recently downloaded Scattershot 3D 1.0 from John Rofrano / VASST. Could that have blocked Video FX ?

OK . . . ( . .and from the Beatles:"All together Now") Check and see if you've got the Preview Window's "Split Screen View" selected. If you have, deselect it. Within that "View" any FX will be By-Passed or switched off. It's a great tool for checking the results of FX-ing . . that's if you want to. If you don't then maybe this is the "issue" you have.
