(Gallery) Indonesian Women in 7 Summits

Edit this video for a local video editing competition.

On January 4 2017 23.48 Antarctica time, two Indonesian Women just successfully reached the Vinson Massif Summit in Antarctica Continent, adding 5th successful summits after Carstensz Pyramid Summit (Australasia Continent), Elbrus Summit (Europe Continent), Kilimanjaro Summit (Africa Continent), Aconcagua Summit (South America Continent).

Two more summits, Denali Summit (North America Continent) & Everest Summit (Asia Continent) planned later this year.

Thank you for your support... I'll update this post later after I know the result.. They will announce about it this Thursday... If my result is selected as one of the candidates, I may want to ask for likes and support on the later posts by official.

Update: The Video editing competition Committee has selected 10 candidates and my video IS ONE OF THE SELECTED CANDIDATES. YES!

But..., it's not over yet, if any members here have Instagram, LINE, and Facebook account, I may want to ask for support... I will announce further instruction tomorrow... Thank you if anyone can support me.

Thank you SphinxRa40 & Ushere for your support! You just replied in the RIGHT time as the committee JUST uploaded the video to their FB and IG. Due to technical reason, The LINE Voting will start on Sunday, Jan 22, at 3.00 PM UTC+7

To those who might have following this thread a year & half ago, and probably have interest with the continuing journey....:

Well, first..., about the previous contest: I didn't win 😭 - lost of vote count...

But - I learn more experience on editing it...

And then, second, inside that video: I only able to post 5 successful summits, but still remain Mount Denali of North America Continent and Mount Everest of Asia Continent to be reached later...

And, I happy to report that they have JUST successfully reached the final Mount Everest 3 hours ago (05:50 Kathmandu time). (Mount Denali reached Mid-June 2017)

They have officially earned the title of '7 Summiters'

A little bit of 'incomplete' with that current video... so I'm thinking of making the 'extra episode' of it... hope I can make it...

Thanks @GJeffrey... Actually the editing contest was ended 1.5 years ago... But, the story of first video was not completed... And last week finally I heard the news, they did the Everest summit!

So, driven by me personally, and because I knew them now as a friend of the Yoga class, I want to finish this story with additional video of their quest, the conclusion plus giving a big congratulation for them, for their great achievement...😊

Well, just a short behind the reason why I make this video...targeted for posted on my Instagram (reason why the additional video is portrait-oriented)
