Gapping in audio on preview

In V10(any) is ANYBODY else getting a momentary gap in audio on preview when a track plugin window is opened ?

If so, do you run a single or dual monitors ?

i have it when adding a plugin, but not when just opening the plugin window to check out an existing effect,

i have dual monitors.

It's been that way since at least Vegas 7 for me
