get rid of the grid?

I've accidently pressed the grid button on my project playback screen and cant seem to get rid of it,

Just above the preview window -- to the right of the "Best (Auto)" thing -- is a button that turns the grid on and off. The dropdown arrow next to it lets you select what kind of grid you want, but the button itself is used to toggle it on and off.
