Getting a still image from video

Is there a way to capture a still image from video and make a jpeg or other file?

Go to the online help and look for

"Save Timeline Snapshot to File"

in the index.

There are two ways to capture stills.

1) From the capture application, click on the Capture Image button. To get a full-size image, right-click on the preview window and zoom to 100%.

2) From the timeline, click on the floppy icon over the preview window. To get a full-size image, right-click the preview window and select "Display at project size".
