Stretching an audio/video gives the audio artifacts. Vegas does a great job playing the audio at various speeds from the timeline (eg. press and hold k while tapping l or j) The audio mimics the speed of the video, I want this effect on a clip. Seems like extending a clip would do it while holding ctrl, but I don't get a clean sound (artifacting). Hope I was clear enough.
