Ah, I was hoping that wasn't the only answer. I wish Vegas would keep the separate tracks like Ultimate S and Excalibur do.

In case I later want to change one of the cameras. I'm new to multicam so I may be anticpating a problem where there might not be one.

I tried out Excalibur's multicam last night and so far I like it a lot too.

You just right-click on the take you want to change, scroll down to Take, and you can change it to any of the cameras or delete it. You're not stuck with a take once you choose it. Hope this helps.

What I do is position the cursor at the beginning of the camera segment [easy since it snaps into position] and using the numeric keys, or the appropriate camera button on the contour shuttle, select a different camera.
