I received my order confirmation which included a link to Boris.
I clicked on the link, added my Key, filled in the info then selected "Download Primatte".
I receved a message on their web page: "Please wait 5 minutes before contacting us again."
Today I tried again and received the message that there was a problem processing my Key.

What version of Primatte did you get? You can download the Continuum Complete, install it, enter serial number for Primatte, and make sure to not install all the Boris stuff that is not licensed. Then Primatte should show up in Vegas. But again, you have to download the right version of Boris.
This video will help you, even though it's for different Continuum units. If you still can't get the link to work, contact Boris directly. Be advised, they don't work on weekends, US holidays, and are in the EST timezone.
Maybe someone who has downloaded Primatte can provide a link for you.
