Getting Rid of Scripts

Does anyone know how to get rid of or replace say, Script 1 with another script? In
the Tools Menu, how would I replace Script 1 with another script and still have it be
Script 1? I know one of you guys know the answer to this, so help would surely be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hold the Shift key while selecting the menu command or toolbar button.

As in: if you want to assign a new script to choice #1 use CTRL + SHIFT + 1

If you've got a few un-assigned script slots you can guess this because the unassigned choices list this shortcut to assign a script to the choice. If you've filled up all of the slots you won't see this shortcut listed-just when you needed it the most.

It's also in Help under "keyboard shortcuts/general editing". Not easy to find because even when you search for it you'll just go to the page it's on and not to the specific subheading on the page. Those drop-down sections ought to open up when you go there by searching for a specific command.
