Getting Sony Technical Support

Does anyone know how to get Sony's Technical Support attention? I have had several email support requests in for over a week with no response. I cannot get a live person on the phone. And, no, I haven't purchased a phone support plan because my requests are very simple. Has anyone else run into this problem and, if so, what did you do to resolve it?

Guy, I checked the email address listed in your profile, and we haven't received a support incident from you since 2009.

When you are submitting an email incident via the support page, please be sure to hit Submit after viewing the relevant knowledgebase articles. If you skip this step, the email does not get submitted. Thank you for your cooperation.

Thanks ForumAdmin. I totally missed the second button through four prior attempts. No excuse on my part. Just didn't read the whole page carefully.
