Getting video thumbnails to play in motion

When I have my video thumbnail buttons that you click on a menu to take you to a video, how do you get the video buttons to play in motion while still on the menu? Say you see the thumbnails in the menu, and the first 15 seconds of that video in it is playing at the same time as others. How do you do that?

My version is the 4.5

Highlight the thumbnail.
Under the Media tab on the right, look for "Style" and change it from Still to Animated.
You can change where the video in the thumbnail starts by dragging the slider in Start Time.
