"Ghost" Audio

I'm hearing faint voice audio in parts of my latest project even when I mute all sound tracks. Any thoughts out there? Thanks!

I have multiple audio tracks and just discovered that I mistakenly grabbed a voice segment and put it on top of the music track. Thanks for replying!
