I captured some analog footage into Vegas Video 6.0 at default 29.970 frame rate. I render it to MPEG-2, and use DVD Architect to create the DVD.

When played back on TV, there is a terrible, stuttering "ghosting" effect on any close-up action shots.

Has anyone ever encountered this? If so, can you advise the proper settings to avoid/fix this?
