Ghosting on animation?

I'm trying to render a project that includes some animation rendered as Quicktime files from FlipBoom. It looks fine when playing on preview, but when I render it has some terrible "ghosting". (See the video link above.) I've tried various settings when rendering, and they don't seem to help. I'm wondering if it has something to do with what is being rendered out of FlipBoom, or something to do with VMS. Any ideas?

Possibly it's a frame rate mismatch. Vegas will fill in inbetween frames by blending adjacent frames and this often causes ghosting. Turning off resampling should fix it. Right-mouse-button click on the clip on the timeline and from the popup menu choose Switches / Disable resampling.

Ha. That did the trick! Thank you very much.
