It sounded interesting to me too until I red some of the user comments at which point I passed on it.

I installed it but hadn't bothered to read the user comments. Doesn't seem so promising after all. One of the users mentioned a program he prefers called "Wire Worm" which actually does look pretty good and is always free:

I suppose what we all really need is a program that will automatically take wires out of videos instead of just stills.

Wireworm is actually a plug-in. I just tested it w/ Paint Shop Pro X2 and works pretty good and fast. It's basically a looong clone brush wih some nice features. Nice tool to have and I can see using it.

BTW, the photos are low res because they are just thumbnails of the movie clip.

Never thought about it before, but removing obsticles like wires and poles really make the photos pop. (;
