going from VMS to DVDA

After I have finished my project in VMS, how do I upload it into DVDA to add the menus and stuff?

What is VMS?

Anyway, DVDA imports AVI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MOV, WMV, still image formats to create a DVD.

In Vegas Movie Studio press the Make Movie tab on top and there is an option to send to DVDA.
