Hello, I am new here.
I (not so) recently upgraded my gpu from an RX 570 to an RX 5600 XT. The GPU acceleration worked well with my last card, but with this one it's just like it isn't recognized.. In the drop menu it said AMD (gfx1010:xnack-), and when I select it I can't use the picture in picture effect, only a black screen appears. Pretty upsetting.
I am using movie studio platinum 16, and I have the latest version. Latest driver on my graphics card too. Should I upgrade to msp 17 or higher for it to support my card ?
