GPU Acceleration Vanished!

Hi,

After buying Vegas Pro 15 Suite and installing it, I checked the GPU Acceleration option and it was enabled for my graphic card. However, after I load a Vegas Pro 14 project, the preview playback was very poor even on (Preview Auto) mode!

I checked the GPU Acceleration option again and it was set to "Off" and I can not find my graphic card anymore in the pull-down list! The only option is "Off"!!!

I tried everything I know, and could not bring back the GPU Acceleration! What is going on and how to solve this problem?

My system configuration is:

HP Z1 G3 All-in-One Workstation

CPU: Intel® Xeon® E3-1270 v5 (3.6 GHz, up to 4 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology, 8 MB cache, 4 cores)

RAM: 32GB ECC DDR4-2133 SDRAM (Transfer rates up to 2133 MT/s)

Display: 23.6" IPS LED widescreen LCD (4K 3840 x 2160)

Graphic: NVIDIA® Quadro® M2000M (4GB)

System SSD: 1TB HP Z Turbo Drive G2 (NVMe PCIe SSD)

Storage SSD: 1TB HP Z Turbo Drive G2 (NVMe PCIe SSD)

Looking forward for any feedback .. Thanks
