you can do stuff like that really easily with a moving image on a track above & using pan/crop masking.

Editor's Toolkit #8 has a bunch of different sports wipes (and much more).
However, I think that what Oliver wants is similar to what Stephen (HappyFriar) posted.

Yes like the youtube clip, but rather than use another piece of film - I want to be able to use a logo and generate my own wipes.
