These menu items are grayed -out in my Vegas Pro8a:
"Lay out tracks with..." and also "Create multicamera tracks"
Why is this so? (I've enabled multicamera editing at that point).

In one instance, I can see the "Create mutlicamera track" active but when I click the software would just hang until I have to force it to close.

I clearly don't understand how this all works, software-wise. Is there an easily accessible tutorial out there that can walk me through.
