Well, you may already know this, but I just found out that the new Looks plug-in from magic bullet is slated to come out for Vegas in early '08. I'm a big fan of my MBE 2 with the GPU accelerated processing, but Looks seems to be very much what I'm looking for in a GPU plug, but I'm not sure if it will function in 32bit float or not (prolly not), but I am still excited to hear it is coming, i was afraid we were going to get the shaft.

I have Looks on AE and it works in 32bit mode there - I would expect the Vegas version *will* work at 32 bit.

This might be what you were implying, but the new version of Magic Bullet Looks has already shipped, it's just not yet available for Vegas. When I emailed Red Giant to ask if the new MB version worked with Vegas, their reply was,

"I recommend you wait to purchase the Magic Bullet Looks Crossgrade until we have Sony Vegas 8 compatibility (early 2008)."

indeed CClub you are quite correct.

And if it works in 32bit, I'll be one happy camper because that would be something that my ProDAD's don't do.
