Green or Blue Screen?

Is there any technical difference between a Green or Blue screen for Chroma Key, or is it just a matter of personal choice?

If you're working with digital video, green is the optimum choice due to the higher luminance characteristic and the way that DV samples color.

It goes beyond personal choice. The norm has been that blue is for film and green is for video. That is not set in stone, both have been used in each medium, but video works better with green.
