I have edited a project using a Grid Spacing of Time and Frames. This enables me to insure the cuts I make are "on frame".
My question is, now that the video editing is done and I am starting to work on the soundtrack, if I switch between 32nd Notes , Quarter Notes and Measures, while I am doing the soundtrack- and subequently move video while in the new Grid Spacing modes- will the video edits that were all "on frame" be moved "off frame"
or do I have it wrong and if I set the grid to frames and the ruler to audio increments will Vegas snap, for example, to "the closest frame (grid setting) to the 1/8 note (ruler setting)
any input of how you guys handle this?
