Group fade

Hi All.

I am trying to figure out how to group fade many channels at once BUT choosing the fade type I want. I have one fade type that I like to use but cannot get all my channels to use it without manually choosing each channel. I find that if I manually choose the fade type for each channel the first time, then next edit the fade types will be what I want. Not a big deal until I have 38 channels of audio and have to do 17 edits.

Please help and thanks!,

I agree. When editing 5.1, it would be great to have a way to do a group fade selection over selected tracks. Over many years of using Vegas Pro, I haven't found a way to do it.

Complete oversight. I do not know of another program that has this issue. Even Reaper lets you choose a fade type and then it changes every track selected.

Wouldn't the use of bus tracks be an option?

Marco, I am sorry, but no sure what you mean about the bus tracks and how that could work. If there is a solution that will work, I sure am willing to try.

I have an ambience sound fx that is many channels but have to cut out clicks, pops and other unwanted fx. I group all my channels, cut, crossfade but cannot choose the fade type which is very important.

Sorry, I got this wrong. Busses won't help for such kind of crossfades.
