Folks, try this and see what happens:

Group some clips on the timeline. R-click, drop somewhere, choose Shuffle.

I get a crash to the desktop with some complex error message I can post if helpful.

Using Vegas 4.0d, WinXP home. These are normal DV clips. No other problems.

Feel free to kick me if somewhere in the manual it says "Groups can't be shuffled" or something.
