As everyone in this Forum is aware of, the CUDA acceleration in Vegas Pro actually only works on the Fermi generation of nVidia cards. Since I'm about to build a new PC (putting enough CPU and not relying on GPU - certainly not CUDA) - I'll soon have my excellent Gigabyte GTX 580 with 3 GB VRAM for sale.
