I have been working on a project all day today and when I was ready to take a break, I saved it and now, when I open up Movie Studio, the video (from the .avi files) is gone.
I haven't installed anything new, tried to download MediaInfo, but it doesn't "do" anything...I guess I don't know how to use that.
Here's what I know about the file:
Originally created on my Flip ultra and when it didn't work in Movie Studio, I tried running it through Wondershare Video Converter..."converting" it from .avi to .avi. And that worked...for a while...
The file's info:
Audio:
bitrate is 128kbps
Audio format Lame MP3
Video:
29 frames per second
data rate : 1607 kbps
video sample: size 12 bit
Video compression: XVID
I've tried downloading the codecs recommended on other posts. Tried unchecking the box in the General settings for ignoring third party codecs.
HELP!
