To every members, moderators, developers, who celebrate Thanksgiving day..., Allow me to say Happy Thanksgiving day, and hope everyone are having a peaceful, lovely, and cheerful thanksgiving celebration.
Same to you Set! I'm taking this long weekend to reacquaint myself with Vegas, having been away for the last 18 months. Looking forward to finding new inspiration in '17 with 14.
interesting - in the old scs forum this post would have had many exchanges by now. as written elsewhere, there's no sense of community anymore, and the forum in generally is not appealing either aesthetically or practically.
i don't have the patience for some posters, and especially those that don't do 'some' research before asking questions. perhaps i'm simply getting too old and feel i don't have the time to waste....
But hopefully everything changes after Nick makes a lot FAQs...
This year now I had so many other activities..., especially having reunion with my high school friends, regroup within my Whatsapp Group (popular for us in Indonesia😉), and having fun with some other activity besides just staring on that Vegas Pro interface day by day..., learning Chinese (thinking of learning German too due to some participants here in this forum - but a bit afraid having 'crash' & 'mix up' with Chinese!😀)... Try doing run race 3 times (although just short races - not Full Marathons) ... not sure anyway with 'waste a time' on these🙈 - but since I'm a bit silent - I need this too...😃
problem is will they read it!? i found too few of my students would ever RTFM but would instead expect me to answer even the most minor thing they'd find with a simple look in the manual...
looks like life is keeping you busy - i just wish my body was supple enough to even contemplate yoga - i'll stick to my 10 minutes rowing and 2km daily walks. about all i can manage nowadays;-(
good luck with the chinese, german i'm not so sure about, i have enough trouble with english as it is...
Everybody can 😉 - in the video above, on 00:32 - they are 1969/1970 high school graduates - and until now they are active... the reason is, after doing Yoga, the body feel fresh.
My tips in case you want to try Yoga is just don't push yourself too much, know your limit... that's it. Don't force yourself for a perfect pose - but know your limit - keep a constant breathing...
Yah - I just want to be fit and fix my body (too much slouching) and doing my best within what I can do now... Already having too much sitting years ago and my body didn't feel comfortable.
As for 'those questions', Whether or not they read..., at least every participating member here have a 'standard' guidelines. Just point them to Nick's FAQ, and let them read it by themselves.
