harddisk crash

Hello

I have a big problem! My harddisk was crashed so I must re-install vegas 5 on my computer. My problem is now: I can't register vegas so I haven't the mpeg plug. My registernumber is denied.
Can somebody help please?

Marie---I recommed that you wait until Monday and call Sony directly. They will get you back up and running.

how many times have you registed it? I've registered my copy of V4 maybe 10-13 times and haven't had to call once (maybe i'm lucky).

Are you using the same name as before?
