Hardware DV codec comparison?

Hi,

Has anyone read or seen a comparison style review of the different hardware DV converters out there? I'm thinking of devices such as the Sony DVMC-DA2, the Canopus ADVC100, those super expensive Professional model boxes, or any of the DV cameras that support pass through conversion.

I'm just curious if there is a better chip out there. Especially if a certain one improves the smoothness of chroma keying capabilities.

Many favorable comments, including comments about it being better than the Canopus units, have been made about the DataVideo DAC-2. I am in the process of buying one now because I need the component in/outputs as well as all the other standards.
