Hardware training recommendations

I am a doctor who has done amateur videos and then used Vegas for years to edit and produce. I can make a reasonable final product. In the advent of PTZ cameras and streaming I need training on this and plan to buy a bigger kit of equipment. A patient who is a professional camera tech has flaked on me and I have a timeline. Any recommendation on training and support on upgrading to a 2 camera style, live streaming etc. As our seminars are technical it always needs my editing so my plan is to learn and travel around the world and do both pre and post production. This will be more of a professional hobby than a new profession.

Only on the use of PTZ cameras, there's a lot of YouTube videos about using them:

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=ptz+cameras+training

I can't recall PTZ cameras being raised on this forum in the past, but there are likely to be forum members who will be able to advise about multi-camera editing / streaming using Vegas Pro.

BTW, it would be worthwhile if you were to update your user profile to include your computer specs under 'Signature' so that those specs are easily viewable when clicking on your user name in a post/comment.

A forum search re PTZ resulted in a few post / comments re using PTZ cameras but from 2014 and earlier.

For streaming, at church we use the Atem Mini switcher which receives the HDMI output from our cameras. The software that we is is OBS. With the purchase of Vegas Pro, you get . It can also record the stream while it happens.

You need someone to do the switching, set up all your slides before streaming. With OBS you can also record the live stream when you do it. You will need a pretty beefy computer with fast disk drives though.

For Vegas Stream, @jetdv would be the person to ask about "how"
