I don't think they were ever able to replicate that. That's why it was in V4. I've never seen it myself eigther, so I don't even know if it's some conspiricy to make me think i'm bonkers. :)

One thing they didn't fix that may be related-media dropped onto the timeline can be 10 and a half frames long even if quantize to frames is turned on.

Happens in NTSC projects where the default duration of stills is set to a whole number of seconds rather than a whole number of frames. For instance, the duration of stills, out of the box, is 5 seconds. For NTSC it needs to be 5.005 seconds (or any duration that yields whole frames)

You may see this addressed in a rev update. I pointed it out to them in detail at a late date. I doubt they had time to look at it but I see a few other things in V5 that seem to be verbatim from me. Tiny stuff that was unlikely to be brought up more than once so I think they really do listen. It's encouraging.
