Recently I upgraded my copy of Vegas Pro to 23 and everything went fine except for I didn't receive an invoice by email. I've searched here, there and everywhere, all folders, yet my invoice seems to be nowhere to be found. And yes, I also checked the SPAM folder - it isn't there either.
Tried getting in touch with Magix support God knows how many times via shop@magix.net and https://www.magix.info/us/support/form/ - no reply. I need this invoice NOW...
