having difficulty with Waves 6.01

I cant seem to get my Waves 6.01 Gold Bundle to show up in any of my Sony Tools: Vegas, ACID, Sound Forge, etc.

Could someone please help me with this?

I'm running Waves 6.01 NPP and Z-Noise without any problems as VST in Vegas.

Yours should appear in the Third Party section of Vegas when selecting Add Effects or applying a 'non-realtime' effect.

Perhaps try forcing your preferences to be rest on loading Vegas may make them appear if you aren't finding them in the 3rd Party effects selection.
