hc5 cam is recognized by Vegas...

when I'm about to print to DV, but not m2t.

I've printed to m2t as recent as two weeks ago. Don't remember a problem then. Any ideas?

most probably you should change the REC FORMAT to DV in EDIT/PLAY menu on your camcorder and perhaps the VCR HDV/DV to DV as well

I think you solved it.

Or at least, I bumbled around enough in the menu until something worked, and then, sudennly, finally, it worked. =)
