Cineform AVI, when I want to pre-render HD I don't specifically see Cineform AVI as an option, only 1080i AVI (or something like that, I'm on my mac atm). Is that by default, Cineform?

I was testing my new WA lens and I put all the christmas lights on the house and wanted my 55 min job to take about 1 min. I've been trying to render to a new track so I can speed that up.
