HDTV Tuner in Video editing Card

Recommendation? Experience? With a HDTV tuner card that will also drive a 1920x1080 LCD for Vegas editing? I know at one time the Matrox Parhelia APVe was touted and also the Hauppauge. Anything to update?

The Quadro cards work fine for this. The AVPe is a terrific card, but not Vegas-compliant.
