HDVSplit works well for me

HDVSplit works perfectly with my FX1 camera. I use it both to capture tapes with each take in a separate file, and also to record live shows. Also, unlike some other options, it's free.

I've used ScenalyzerLive for years, and hated to give it up when making the move to HDV. I hope Andreas is able to port it over. Meanwhile, HDVSplit seems to do an admirable job, if somewhat limited when compared to SCLive.
