Head to head- vegas or premier

Has any one seen a head to head review on vegas vs, premier, or editors
like ulead video studio. Better yet has any one experienced one, or the
other first hand. If so how does vegas really stack up?
Just curious if there's anybody out there that shares my passion, &
praise for VV3

I agree. I've tried Premier from version three up. I never cared for the clumsy interface. Constrast that to my first impression with Sonic Foundy, which was the first version of Video Factory. It was love at first try. I upgraded to version two and now upgraded to Vegas Video 3. I also tried products like Video Studio and Video Wave. There is little point in having a feature to feature show down, Vegas IS that much better in just about every category.
