I looked in to that. It's not a "super computer", it's a regular PC with a special GPU processor card. Both ATI & Nvidia make them. Relatively cheap (~$1500 & under). The only reason it's making news here is because they've started selling computers with the cards standard.
from looking at the specs, the ATI ones look better overall but Nvidia puts out faster ones it seems.
