HELP

i have been editing a video and i have realized that the video is quite dull and colorless when compared to the raw footage when compared side by side, i have tried everything with no avail. does anyone know a solution. BTW i am using movie studio platinum 12.0

I no longer have MS12 installed to check but it looks like you may have FX applied at top output level. What is/are the FX(s)?

i had chroma keyer on, when i turned it off, the problem was solved
