afflicted you rebel44 to disturb but I once again have test this file in point EXE on several PC but it is always the same message "To open With" after I must choose a programs of opening. I use Windows 98 and 2003.

This is just a guess, but it sounds like you are trying to have your web browser open the .exe file. This probably won't work. You should save that file to your hard drive and run it from there. In Netscape, right-mouse-button click on the link and choose "Save link target as...". In MSIE, right-mouse-button click on the link and choose "Save Target As...". In either case, one the file is on your hard drive, go to Start -> Run -> browse to whever you saved the file, and double-click in there.

Are you sure you are using Windows 98 SECOND EDITION and not Windows 98 first edition?
If you ARE using Windows 98 SE, then your file associations have been screwed up by a previously installed program or a virus.
