HELP!!!!

So I got Vegas Movie Studio+DVD on my computer, having lots of trouble with .net, but it installed. Now when I try to open it a box comes up and says "An error occurred starting Vegas Movie Studio Platinum. An exception was thrown by a type's initalizer (.cctor)" I don't know what to do. I really would like some help.

I really symphathize with you. My posts just seem to sit there too. I am guessing that you have VMS ver7 because of the .net extension. I can't help you but suggest you contact Sony suport. Maybe the pros here are all working with ver 6 like me. Sorry. Best of luck.
