[Help]All of a sudden My vegas has stopped loading/working.

After a while of not editing i decided to launch vegas pro 15 and realised an issue where in the little loading bar where it stated what was being loaded as it got to the .dll files it would start loading random non related files like for other apps and games. i tried re-installing multiple to multiple different locations times and even deleting my plugins but still no luck.If anyone knows a solution or a person to contact that would be much appreciated since ive never had a problem with vegas before.(windows 10 64bit i5 6400 , 16gb ram, gtx1060)

Try resetting VP to the default settings. \

- Hold down the CTRL + SHIFT keys at the same time .. and at the same time click the program icon to start the program (the executable file or shortcut that you would use to start the program). A pop-up dialog asks,, "Do you want to reset all Vegas Pro preferences to default values" and "Delete all Cached Application Data" This will restore program to Factory Default Settings.--

Otherwise Uninstall - Reinstall. I recommend using a third-party uninstaller like Revo Uninstall, which has the option to remove the old VP folders, registry entries and garbage the default Win uninstaller leaves behind.

thanks for the reply and honestly id thought that would work however it didnt. ive contacted support and im waiting for a reply i suspect it has something to do with a another software of something maybe?

After installing you could try to rename first your C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX to "OldOFX" and than try to start Vegas.
When it starts now you have to find the OFX that caused your problem, but give also that location again its common name.
