Issue with Vegas Pro 22

I am working on an audio project and since my office PC has Vegas in it I downloaded Vegas trial version on my home PC to continue working from home. I edited 15 minutes of audio and wanted to send it to my colleague, program asked me to purchase full version since trial only allows rendering for 2 minutes. I saved the veg file and purchased Vegas 365, but I can not open and render it anymore. it is telling me that the file is unsupported format. can not do anything about it

What version of VEGAS are you using at home (presumably version 22?)

What version are you using at work? (presumably older than 22?)

Work has an older version, but I was able to open it at home via trial of pro 22 everything went well, I was ready to render, I pressed on it and got purchase notification, I purchased pro 365, but that exact file can not be opened anymore, I have 3 different saves 2 of them are edited and 1 is just raw audio, unfortunately only united audio can be opened so I lost all my progress.

The VEG files should open in 22. Are you getting an error message?

You might also look at the .VEG.BAK files and rename it to .VEG under a slightly different name to see if it opens.

Found that solution on Youtube, but there is no VEG.BAK in my local folder

They should be in the same folder as the VEG file.
