[HELP]Audio distorted in preview and distorted again in rendering

Here's whats happening. I'm using Movie Studio Platinum 13. I'm not an expert in the software, so please explain any complicated answers or use of jargon like I'm five.

When I import a clip into Movie Studio the audio is distorted in the preview. It is slowed down and deep.

When I render that clip the audio sounds normal.

NOW if I arm an audio track to record and do a voice over for it that sounds normal in the preview.

So If I render that then the clip audio is normal, and the voice over recorded in movie studio is sped up and I sound like alvin and the chimpmunks.

I have tested this with clips recorded through OBS software, Shadowplay, and even old finished projects from before the problem showed up No matter what clip I import the audio is completely borked, and then gets double borked when its rendered again. I have absolutely no idea whats going on, I haven't changed any settings and this problem just surfaced out of nowhere, but its defiantly gremlins because I can't figure this out.

EDIT: HOLY CRAP I FIGURED IT OUT. The problem wasn't Movie Studio at all. It was actually Voice Meeter. Somehow my settings for audio devices in movie studio got changed from Microsoft Sound Mapper to Voice Meeter and Voice Meeter seems to have caused the horrible rendering issues and audio distortion.
